I strongly believe in the potential of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) for both investing and trading. From my experience, ETF trading volumes can hint at market momentum, though the official NSE ETF site usually shows only which AMC’s ETF has high volume—not the underlying sector. When high-volume patterns persist, the stocks in those sectors often see notable moves.
Volume alone isn’t a crystal ball; it’s one tool among many for spotting which sectors might be attracting buyers or sellers. That’s why I created tradingtrendz.in: to bucket ETF volume by sector (e.g., large-cap, mid-cap, etc.), revealing where volume is surging. I exclude liquid funds because their weekend spikes can distort overall trends.
New ETFs will be categorized as soon as I can manage. If you see an uncategorized ETF listed by name, it just means I haven’t placed it yet. Watch for ETFs with sustained or increasing volumes over multiple days—they might indicate a trend forming.
